Challenge
Guest search criteria are constantly evolving, but hosts rarely update their listings to stay relevant. To stay competitive, listings need to be regularly optimized to reflect Airbnb’s ranking algorithm, search keywords, guest search patterns, and even local events.
Solution
To tackle this challenge, Bart-Jan assembled a team of STR industry veterans and AI experts. Together, they developed a solution that analyzes guest search behaviors daily, measuring the impact of specific listing attributes. This innovative system makes frequent updates to listings, ensuring improved rankings and visibility on Airbnb.
Proven Results
Since 2020, the team has been testing and refining their AI-driven ranking algorithm with select customers. In 2023, Otamiser launched a version of this technology, called Booster, for the hotel industry. The results were remarkable: increased rankings and visibility doubled, which led to higher Average Daily Rates (ADR), occupancy, and overall revenue.
